Mai Quant - Marketing Manager
With a Spanish and Nicaraguan descent, Mai is a world traveller who is trying to make it in Beijing. She has a degree in Graphic Design and Italian from the University of Notre Dame. After one year and a half of chinese studies, bartending and promotions for different clubs in the city, she is now part of the WeLiveInBeijing.com team.

Joakim Lund Rangel - CEO
Joakim has been working with various gaming and social networking projects. Among these is NorwegianMafia which in 2003 won the award for best internet browser game and later the award for most addicted strategy game.He is today the CEO of Bloc as well as project leader for the development teams and in charge of finance, business and marketing.
Ole Marius Løset - Creative Director
Ole Marius is the Creative Director, and founded Bloc AS together with Joakim back in 2004. Trough the ages of time, he has also been working with several Norwegian design bureaus. Today he's a project leader for clients as well as further product development for WeLiveInBeijing, Bloc and some soon to be launched communities.
Kent Løset - Art Director
Kent started his carreer as an Art Director for PlayMusicMagazine which won about every web award there is to win. He´s also been working with customers like YouTube, People Magazine, Canon, SAS Braathens and many more! Now he´s working his magic as Art Director in Bloc and WeLiveInBeijing
Thomas Sannes - Network Engineer
Bloc is in charge of a decent server park in Norway which needs to at any time be in shape and perfect tuned to survive data replications going between Norway and China. Thomas is a network engineer and is responsible for this. His girl who he met at Bloc is also about to give birth to two beatiful twins eastern 2008. Which among crew and users would not be the first time in this company. Some says this is Bloc's fault, and who knows.
